I read the weight of this cover was supposed to be 3 oz. I noticed it seemed to be heavy. It weights 7 oz. By the time you add the weight of the kindle it is much heavier than I want. Why can't they be honest and give the correct information. I wish I had not bought it. I guess if you don't mind the weight it is ok. -- too heavy
Just received my case and I very happy with my purchase. It holds the Kindle safely in place and easy to hold while reading. Since I just received it I cant quote on its durability but I can tell that if I was to accidentally drop it that it will protect it. I like the style of it and I really like the latch on the side holding it even more safely in the case. Its a great case and a great price. I highly recommend it!!!

Update: I have now owned the product for 4 months and I still stand by the durability because my son through my Kindle across the room on a tile floor and nothing was broken. I was scared to death the screen was cracked but I opened the case and it was in perfect condition. I still highly recommend this product!! -- Great Kindle Cover
