I was reading reviews where people using cases that closed via magnetic clasp were having issues with their iPods. This led me to look for something with a velcro fastener.
This case fits perfect, not too tight, not too loose. It has a stretch band with velcro closure and comes with a clear screen protector that is very nice itself. The screen protector gives the screen a very slick feel that differs from the screen itself. Reduces friction and your finger glides easily.
It is not overly bulky but still offers protection and I can place it in my charger without removing the case.
Leather is nice quality and sells for $30 +shipping thru Apple.
If it has a drawback it is a very minor one. As the case protects the sides of the iPod it crowds you fingers ever so slightly when accessing keys near the edge. -- Great case for iPod Touch 3rd Generation

My iPod Touch fits snugly in this case, protected but accessible. The screen is fully accessible although input can be a little tricky near the edges of the screen when your finger is up against the edge of the case window. I quickly stopped using the elastic and Velcro closure strap on a day to day basis. It's there if I need it but mostly I don't. There's a flat pocket in the flap, good for maybe ID or credit card. I'd like a case like this for my cell phone. -- Great iPod Touch Case

This is a very nice case for the iPod Touch/iPhone. It allows easy acces to the buttons & ports while keeping my iPod securely protected. It comes with a clear screen protector that fits very nicely. I frequently forget it is there. The leather and stitching seem to be fairly high quality and look very professional. I haven't used the Velcro tab more than once or twice, but it is retractible so it stays out of the way until needed. I am very happy (as usual) that I went with the Belkin brand instead of a "generic" case. I expect to get a lot of use out of this as the construction looks like it will last quite a while. -- Very nice case.
