I'm highly recommending this product. It's so well constructed... very solid feeling quality leather (with a belt clip) that protects my phone especially no dirt in the charge slot. The case can be charged with or without the phone inserted. A green/yellow light indicator lets you know when it is charging. The on/off switch is a very nice feature - when turned on it charges the iphone and when off it holds the charge until you need it. When the phone is in the case, the sound coming out is not muffled (NPR stations & ipod music for example). It doubles the time you can use your phone when on the road. It adds weight to the iphone, but not much. The case is not bulky. I found the directions to be too limited, but I can figure things out - the case is pretty intuitive. The only "hardship" is the extra cable you'll need to carry with you when traveling, but it's a high quality, flexible type.

This case has all the features that others lacked in my investigations. I did find one phone that had a larger, longer lasting battery, but it was too bulky and cost $100... its larger size being my main reason for choosing this one.

One month later: I'm still recommending this product. On purpose I've let my iPhone run out of juice, then turned on the charge. Immediately the iPhone began to charge off the accessory battery. Then suddenly it stopped charging! The directions suggested if this happens to turn the charge switch off and back on. I did this and the phone began to charge again. It charged the phone about 2/3 full (I didn't use the phone during this time) and then ran out. So this accessory battery isn't a complete double charge, but it's certainly a fair back up.

Yes, I'm constantly using my iPhone, but usually I can last the day without recharging.

But.... if I'm traveling or vacationing and using the GPS and internet away from any chance to recharge (like my recent trips to DC and Disney World), taking tons of photos and uploading them to Facebook on the fly, there's no way my iPhone will last a full day.

So... enter this great case. It's a snappy black leather, very thin (for a charging case), and doesn't add too much bulk--- people will never suspect it's a boost battery on top of a case.

Works beautifully--- you can flip on charge at any time and give your phone a partial or full charge, while plugged in both the iPhone and the boost battery recharge.

This case has saved my iPhone battery's butt multiple times-- two thumbs way up! -- Is a Must-Have if You're Traveling or Using Internet Heavily

The charging case is very nice. It has saved me several times when my phone needed charging. Along with the case it is heavy if I wanted to attach to belt, but other than that it is a life saver. Glad to have this item. -- Charging Case
